maintenance issue

The mobility shower chair was broken, making it less practical for those who need it. I found a lot of water marks on the walls, needing a fresh coat of paint. There were also mosquitoes in the room, which raised safety concerns, especially with easily accessible windows. Plus, the room's dark ambiance didn’t help matters.

Had an amazing time in a Deluxe Room! The air conditioning was perfect, and the flat-screen TV was a nice touch. The private bathroom was spacious and clean. The spa facilities were a delight, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Breakfast view was stunning by the pool!
